Subject	17 front 18 rear wheel setup good or bad?

Message	I am going to buy new wheels and wasn't sure if I should stick with the same size wheel for the front and rear or put 17's in front and 18's in rear. Would the staggered setup improve the handleing of the Z by dialing out oversteer. I noticed that the newer corvettes use the staggered wheel sizes. I'm concered about the cars handleing characteristics not with the looks of the wheels. P.S. What is the widest rear tire I could run without rubbing using 18 in wheels.
